The UNLV Crook Justice Mock Trial group is housed within the department of criminal justice at the UNLV Greenspun College of Urban Affairs. The group is open to all undergraduate majors, and consists of trainees learning criminal justice, English, economics and government. To get ready for local and nationwide competitions, trainees invest the scholastic year taking classes in trial advocacy, practicing mock trials, and arguing in front of practicing lawyers and judges from Southern Nevada.
