A bipartisan Congressional union led by Congresswoman Karen Bass (D-CA), Congressman Bruce Westerman (R-AR), and Congressman Tony Cárdenas is presenting a plan of costs to alter the method kids are dealt with in the federal criminal justice system. This legal plan is meant to produce more reasonable and age-appropriate responsibility procedures for kids who enter into dispute with the law and much better line up U.S. policy with widely accepted human rights requirements.
