Is criminal justice reform to blame for the increase in criminal activity in New York City?

Murders and weapon violence are up in New York City and other locations throughout the nation. While some blame this on criminal justice reform, supporters state it’s prematurely to understand, offered the country is still struggling with the results of the pandemic.
