Is Trump's criminal justice strategy 'corrective and redemptive?'

President Trump has actually laid out a brand-new bipartisan arrangement on criminal justice reform. The strategy ends the “3 strikes” policy mandating life in jail for third-time drug wrongdoers and includes rewards for low-risk prisoners.
