Principle of Police Service
1. Old Concept- The yardstick of authorities effectiveness is the variety of arrest. Cops is a repressive equipment in criminal activity avoidance.
2. Modern Concept -The yardstick of cops performance is the lack of criminal offense crime/lesser variety of criminal activities dedicated.
