The Klansman trial resumed on Monday, October 4, in the house circuit court in Downtown, Kingston. Supposed gang leader Andre ‘Blackman’ Bryan and 32 of his co-accused are supposedly connected with the One Don Gang, a faction of the feared Klansman Gang based in St. Catherine. They are being attempted under the Bad guy Justice Suppression of Crook Organisations Act, 2014, much better called the Anti-gang Legislation, on an indictment with 25 counts, in a judge-alone trial.
