Illinois Guv JB Pritzker indications criminal justice reform expense into law

Gov. JB Pritzker, D-Illinois, signed a sweeping criminal justice reform expense on Monday.

The 764- page expense, HB3653, was gone by the Illinois General Assembly throughout the lame duck session in January.

Policies consisted of in the last draft of legislation consist of the removal of money bail, a restriction on chokeholds, and obligatory body video cameras by2025
