Council public security conference exposes powerlessness in criminal justice system as violence skyrockets

The heads of the Marion County Crook Justice System entered front of the Indianapolis City-County Council’s Public Security & Lawbreaker Justice Committee to respond to direct concerns. Councilors needed to know what services they are giving the table.
