“Hate Criminal Activity and the Crook Justice System” was the subject of an open conference hosted by the Leicester Council of Faiths just recently (http://equalitydiversityofficer.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/ hate-crime-criminal-justice-system. html). Speaking at the occasion were Investigator Superintendent David Sandall (Head of Safeguarding and Lead for Hate Criminal Offense, Leicestershire Cops); Neil Chakroborti (Elder Speaker in Criminology, University of Leicester and Director of the Leicester Hate Criminal Activity Job); Chino Cabon (Elder Race Equality Officer, The Race Equality Centre); and Luman Ali (Secretary, Federation of Muslim Organisations). After their discussions, the speakers took concerns from the audience. Tony Nelson (Leicester Council of Faiths) chaired the conference.
