Justice: Which countries treat suspects as guilty until ...

There are disputed amounts regarding the number ofnations on the planet, but the most widely figure used is 196. With 196 separate and different criminal justice systems, there is a vast array of all sorts of criminal proceedings. Even in some western nations, defendants are kept in a cage while the trial is commenced. There are countries which I don’t even bother with giving suspected criminals no form of due process, and it is not unusual at all for some countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia to have a police officer come to a scene or even just some local tribal leader and put a bullet in the back of the supposed offenders head. And also don’t forget that besides Sharia Law, there are many laws in a lot of countries that are religiously conservative that have strict criminal penalties on things that would not even be criminal in the United States, such as homosexuality and sodomy. So that certainly is a lot less then going to court and even getting the chance to prove your innocence beyond a reasonable doubt.
