Renewed scrutiny of Cuomo’s book deal
Cuomo’s decision to sign a book offer in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic is drawing renewed scrutiny as he faces numerous scandals involving alleged sexual harassment, a hostile office environment and the underrepresenting of coronavirus deaths in nursing houses.
Amongst the rules laid out by Levine:
- The book should be composed on the governor’s own time and not on state time.
