featured image

As we invest this shemita (Sabbatical) year thinking of brand-new possibilities for our society’s established obstacles, we are checking out such concerns as: What does a genuinely safe, and really simply, society appear like? What bold discussions are required to untangle and re-envision the interrelated subjects of criminal justice reform, policing, and security?

Join us for the 2nd program in our series on these concerns, focusing on policing and security in New York City, with the recently chosen Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in discussion with Udi Ofer, Director Justice Division and Deputy National Political Director, ACLU; Renita Francois, Executive Director of the Mayor’s Action Plan for Neighborhood Safety; and Anthonine Pierre, Deputy Director of the Brooklyn Movement.
